Research and analysis glovebox for handling nuclear materials such as plutonium or tritium, in a purified atmosphere (under argon) and in complete safety.
The configuration of this PureEvo T4 CV is typical for nuclear activities:
- Rounded corners, essential for inner enclosure de-contaminability ;
- An additional interlock system for the antechamber, to prevent opening both doors at the same time.
- Bag In Bag Out outlet filter housings, allowing for filter replacement without breaching the nuclear containment.
Waste bag ports, with sealing bags, so that nothing gets out through the antechamber, and containment is never breached during transfer.

Research on molten salts
PureEvo glovebox, modular and expandable, installed at our client ENGIE LABORELEC in Linkebeek (Belgium).
The glovebox is purified thanks to a Core 12 purification unit, which maintains O₂ and H₂O levels as low as possible (less than 1 ppm).
The tests conducted in the new “Advanced Chemistry – Harsh Environment” laboratory will focus on several areas of activity, including nuclear Small Modular Reactors (SMR), batteries, electrolyzers, and thermal storage and transfer, thanks to their advanced work on molten salts and liquid metals such as sodium, lead and lithium.

Operator safety for nuclear operation
A G(Safe)T4 FF CV (double face with rounded corners) glove box for an American company working to develop cancer treatment with alpha-emitting radionuclide Actinium-225, with integration of a a massive Mass Spectrometer ICP-MS inside the glovebox. It comes with a VMR 160 Regulatory valve, a VMS 63 Safety valve, 300m3/h and 50m3/h stainless steel filter housings.
